The Institute for Social and Development Studies (Institut für Gesellschaftspolitik) is an apostolic work of the Society of Jesus dedicated to the mission for justice understood as integral to the service of faith.The Institute has been affiliated since 1971 as an independent body with the Munich School of Philosophy (Hochschule für Philosophie München).
