Das Berchmanskolleg

 

Already in the 1920's were the Jesuits at this location (the yellow building on the left-hand side of the photo).
In 1971, the Society of Jesus (Jesuits), closed their school of philosophy in Pullach (a neighbouring village to Munich) and moved to the city. The community and location already established in the city center and next to the University offered an ideal place to move, study and teach.
