Our two secretary's offices

There are two administrative offices at the School of Philosophy, namely the Office for Student Affairs and the Office of the Registrar, which also serves as the reception for the Chancellor and the Rector. Ms. Siegrun Jaeger runs the Office for Student Affairs and Ms. Huberta Hein runs the Office of the Registrar. Students register and exmatriculate at the Student Affairs Office, which is responsible for regulating everything concerned with a student’s studies with the exception of exams. At the Office of the Registrar a student can sign up for exams.
